When will it arrive?

Each print is made to order. Paper prints usually arrive in 5–8 business days; canvas, metal and acrylic in 7–12. You'll get a tracking link when it ships.

Do you sell framed prints?

No. Framing is personal, so paper prints come unframed and ready for the frame you choose — a local frame shop will do it beautifully. Canvas, metal and acrylic arrive ready to hang.

What paper do you print on?

Every image is brought to life on Museum-Grade Red River Palo Duro Soft Gloss Rag. Crafted from 100% pure cotton fiber, this ultra-premium 315 gsm fine art paper offers a substantial, luxurious weight and an elegant, lightly textured surface. It captures the timeless aesthetic of a classic darkroom print while leveraging modern archival technology. Ordering for the holidays?

Order by December 4 for delivery before Christmas.

Can I send it as a gift?

Yes. At checkout you can ship to a different address and add a gift note. Prices never appear on the packing slip.

What if it arrives damaged or looks wrong?

Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the problem, and we'll reprint it at no cost. Because every print is made to order, we don't take returns for change of mind.

Are these AI images?

No AI-generated images, ever. Every photo is a real photograph taken by the photographer named on it. Photographers agree to this in writing, and every photo is reviewed by City Fine Art before it goes up.

I'm a photographer. How do I get my photos on the site?

Use the submit your photos form. You don't have to live in the city — what matters is that you know it well and the photographs are great. Every photo is reviewed by City Fine Art before it goes up.
