Terms of sale

These terms cover purchases from City Fine Art ("we"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if a price was listed in error.

Made to order

Every print is produced after you order. Delivery times are estimates. Colors on screen may differ slightly from the print.

Damage and defects

If a print arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will reprint it at no cost, or refund it if a reprint isn't possible. We don't accept returns for change of mind.

Copyright

Photographers keep the copyright in their photographs. Buying a print gives you the print, not the right to copy or reproduce the image.
